工業廢水生物增效技術及系列藥劑產品

污水中的污染物主要依靠菌膠團中的微生物降解將其去除,微生物需要營養來促進新陳代謝、生長和繁殖。但污水水質成分復雜,營養配比不協調,特別是難降解廢水,水中的難降解物質對微生物具有一定的生物毒性。當污水環境營養不均一,水質毒性較大時,微生物細胞個體的新陳代謝會受到抑制,微生物種群活性下降,數量減少,導致生化系統的微生物生態圈遭到破壞,最終引發污水處理系統的運行問題,諸如:污泥解體、污泥膨脹、氨氮或COD去除率低等。

我單位通過研究難降解廢水的水質特征,針對性的研發了微生物有機營養劑I、微生物有機營養劑V 、富活磷營養劑、高效生物增效劑 、活性污泥調理劑等系列產品,產品具備多種活性生物酶和生物促進劑,能快速刺激微生物的增長。針對于不同的污染水體投加不同的微生物有機營養劑,通過調節廢水的營養結構來控制合適的菌落結構,提高劣質碳源利用率,建立營養平衡,有效改變微生物種群結構及活性、提高COD和氨氮的去除率。

目前,該技術和產品已在山東無棣新海工業園廢水處理廠、兗礦魯南化工凈化水廠、淄博綠環水務有限公司等多家污水廠應用,提高了生化系統的水質水量的抗沖擊性和穩定性,使得系統處理效率提高、出水水質達標。如山東無棣新海工業園廢水處理廠采用我單位生產的微生物營養劑進行好氧系統的生物增效,增效后菌膠團凝聚性變好,微生物活性強,在進水COD500-750mg/LNH3-N 70-100 mg/L的條件下,出水達到NH3-N≤1.0 mg/LCOD≤40 mg/L

本公司研發的生態磷營養劑是一種含有可溶性生物磷脂、磷酸鹽、真菌多糖、核酸以及賴氨酸、丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸等多種天然氨基酸的復合物,以磷元素為主,并富含大量天然的CN元素,同時含有酵母中提取的微生物生長促進劑,可促進污水微生物的快速增殖。

 

產品功效:

1、保護磷不與廢水中的金屬離子形成不能被微生物利用的不溶物

2、促進系統微生物的快速增殖,提高微生物對廢水污染物的降解效率

3、減少因使用傳統氮源、磷源,引起的管道、設備的腐蝕和結垢
